{"id":671,"date":"2020-03-25T22:18:02","date_gmt":"2020-03-25T22:18:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/howeimages.com\/howekinder20\/?p=671"},"modified":"2020-03-25T22:18:02","modified_gmt":"2020-03-25T22:18:02","slug":"making-contact","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/howeimages.com\/howekinder20\/2020\/03\/25\/making-contact\/","title":{"rendered":"Making contact"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Hi!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I hope everyone is doing well.&nbsp; This extended break is very difficult for all\nof us.&nbsp; I miss my students and families\nvery much.&nbsp; If you need help, please feel\nfree to contact me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I wanted to reach out to every family to let them know the\nplans for finishing the year.&nbsp; It is\ncertainly not a perfect plan, but it is important that every student has the\nopportunity to learn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the next couple of days, I will be contacting every\nfamily to talk about the plan.&nbsp; One part\nof the plan is to make available a packet of work to do at home.&nbsp; The last day of school will be May 29<sup>th<\/sup>.&nbsp; This packet would be turned in a couple weeks\nbefore the end of the year. &nbsp;&nbsp;During that\ntime, it will be my responsibility to contact you a couple times a week to check\nin with progress and help if needed.&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The packet could be more than 50 pages.&nbsp; You will have a choice to either pick up a\nprinted version of the packet or download the packet from a district website.&nbsp;&nbsp; I need to know by Friday morning if you want\nthe printed packet, or if you will download the packet, so that I can order the\nproper number. The packet will be available the week of April 13<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It would be a great help to me if you would text me at 916-799-4497\nand let me know when the best time would be to call.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;If\nyou already know that you want a printed packet, or if you want to download the\npacket, you can include that in the text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I hope to talk to you soon!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you for your patience and support,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Steven Howe<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi!
